AIP Publishing announces a reading and publishing agreement with the Consortium of Swiss University Libraries (CSAL)


MELVILLE, NY, February 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — AIP Publishing, a leading not-for-profit academic publisher in the physical sciences, is delighted to announce a three-year reading and publishing agreement with the Consortium of Swiss University Libraries (CSAL ).

From January 2022the agreement runs through the end of 2024 and includes access to all of AIP Publishing’s peer-reviewed hybrid journals.

More than half of the members of the consortia participate in the agreement, which represents a major opportunity for researchers in Switzerland to publish in open access without incurring an article processing fee (APC) in the prestigious journals of AIP Publishing.

The participating institutions are CERN, EPF Lausanne, ETH Zürich, Lib4ri and the universities of Basel, BernZurich, Freiburg and Geneva.
