LSI Chemical, a leading supplier of nano-based additives and specialty oils, has announced a new distribution agreement with APOLCO. APOLCO has the advantage of having sales offices in the Netherlands, Ukraine, North Africa and the United Arab Emirates, where the company benefits from staff fluent in the local language (s), local business practices and currency exchange.

The agreement gives APOLCO the right to sell both the LSI Chemical product line for lubricant formulation (downstream petroleum) and petroleum refinery and wholesaler blends, as well as Hot Shot’s performance additives and oils. Secret in over 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This agreement doubles the size of countries where products can be sold internationally, including the EU (excluding UK and Ireland), Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain , Oman, Qatar and North Africa from Egypt to Mauritania, Cameroon, Kenya, Senegal, Ghana, CIS and Russia.

The well-established company prides itself on being a single market for safe, effective and performance-oriented lubricant additives, including transmission additives, engine oil additives, industrial additives, viscosity modifiers and the components. The LSI product line fits seamlessly into APOLCO’s existing product portfolio and LSI’s Nano technology will be the company’s first product in its new sustainability product portfolio.

APOLCO works only with the highest quality components and additives to develop lubricants that protect engines, transmissions, gearboxes and a wide range of equipment with moving parts against wear, deposits, corrosion and water over a wide range of operating temperatures. All lubricant, detergent lubricant and lubricating oil additives meet or exceed the latest API / ACEA / OEM specifications.

APOLCO owner Ralph Peeters commented: “With these additives, we are helping our customers meet and exceed new industry standards for sustainability and carbon footprint reduction. In collaboration with our customers, we can improve existing lubricants or develop new lubricants to be more efficient, sustainable and overcome the challenges that lie ahead. Lubricants made from Nano will have a cleaner combustion process, less friction, a longer oil change interval, more horsepower (4%) and less fuel consumption (4%). Although some companies have had bad experiences with the existing Nano, LSI Nano has proven that lab, bench and field test data and their products are far superior to current solutions.

LSI Chemical currently markets five fuel additives and four oil additives developed with LSI’s proprietary Nano technology, Group V esters with friction modifiers and base oils, more to be announced in 2022. Hot Shot’s Secret is the fastest growing performance lubricant brand in the United States. These products developed for the retail aftermarket are engineered to unique performance specifications, then rigorously tested by third-party lab tests before being released to market.

LSI Chemical President Todd Cawley said, “APOLCO has an excellent reputation internationally as a corporate source for products that perform to strict product specifications. We are of course delighted to now have a European distributor for LSI Chemical and Hot Shot’s Secret. Our products are gaining more and more notoriety and this agreement will now allow us to quickly supply products to a much larger market. With this agreement, we have doubled the number of countries that we now distribute abroad.

They were very impressed with our Nano-carbon technology. Unlike previous Nano technology, ours is transparent and stays in suspension, providing long life and ease of use in the lubricants industry.
