Distribution of the Luton Herald and Post will be on hold from next week, following the government announcement on Monday restricting free circulation – but we’re not going!
In these exceptional times, we were informed by our third party company which distributes the Herald and Post, that it could no longer guarantee that it would be able to distribute the paper to households. This means that, at this time, we can no longer print the Herald and the Post.
So this will be the last edition for the foreseeable future, but we will be constantly reviewing the government advice on movement of people and working with our distributor.
We’re all too aware of the important role we play in our communities, providing our readers with vital information at a critical time – and connecting our communities through the news and information we serve. We also recognize the need to help support our advertisers who are an integral part of our publishing business.
We would like to assure you that we will continue to do so through our websites, www.lutontoday.co.uk and dunstabletoday.co.uk as well as our related social media channels.
We will constantly update our website with relevant information and ask that you continue to give us your news, views and send your photos to [email protected] so that we can help account for our local communities.
Our sales teams will be happy to help our advertisers get through this difficult period.
We have a long history of working together in good times and in bad times. These are the toughest weeks and months to come, but together we’ll go through them.
Thank you for your continued support.
