STS also unveils the new features of the exclusive STS Inks XPD-724D coming in January 2023. With improved operation and maintenance, the former will deliver high production and high quality output.
Enhanced performance features are combined with an integrated white ink circulation system that allows free, unobstructed flow of ink directly to the print head for optimal results. The 1682D and upcoming XPD-724D team up with STS’s DTF ink, which provides users with excellent color gamut and exceptional durability.
“We are excited to bring the STS 1682D and 48-inch automatic stirrers to market along with the launch of the upcoming XPD-724D at the Printing United Expo, which has an audience of top industry leaders who will appreciate the advanced capabilities of this revolutionary DTF system,” said Shahar Turgeman, who founded STS Inks in 1999.
DTF has several advantages over traditional DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology, which is limited to pre-treated cotton fabrics and wears out faster. DTF is able to print on untreated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, 50/50 blends, etc. It works on both white and dark textiles and allows users to choose a matte or glossy finish.
STS has developed its DTF packages and programs for advanced, hassle-free performance with maximum speed and resolution. The company’s research and development team has built-in state-of-the-art components that set new standards for DTF printing. In addition, STS is recognized for its unparalleled service as well as its premium quality inks, powders and products, compatible with most major brands of large format printers.
STS Inks’ DTF inks offer high color density, wide color gamut and exceptional color saturation, and are printhead safe with encapsulated resin + nano pigment. STS inks are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, formulated for excellent performance and high wash fastness, with consistent color from batch to batch. Available in CMYK, white, and other color options, STS inks are made in the USA and undergo rigorous testing.
